In need of advice for Schizophrenia and how it effects my thinking

...See more So I just joined 7 cups today, recommended by my boyfriend. He is trying to help understand what I can do with my Schizophrenia when it comes to talking with people or talking in general. I have general Anxiety when it comes to talking with people that probably doesn't have to do with my disorder but I do get delusions that people are trying to hurt me or use me for something bad. But I can understand though hard work i can possibly overcome things like that. My biggest problem is my communication. A part of my symptoms is confused thought and disorganized speech, then just a general problem concentration. Thankfully text is easy because I cant loose my train of thought so easily. But me and my boyfriend mostly call, and i usually end up being quiet because I have no idea what to say or what I want to say. And when I do talk sometimes it isnt for long and I stutter a lot and it doesn't make sense all the time. When he asks about what I said I usually have no idea what I said because that train of thought is gone. The way I describe it is that I cant think in words. Eh Im sure there is a better way to say it. I want to have a conversation but I struggle so much with it and I dont understand why. I also struggle understanding why long silences are bad, I really dont have a drive or a need to talk with people so if I dont talk it doesn't bother me but I know it bothers a lot of other people. What Im asking is, is this normal for me to experience this and what can I do to help myself?
