i feel out of control

...See more anxiety isnt new to me, however my worsening symptoms is. My chest is in pain, its so sharp and feels awful. I feel like i cant breathe and im spiraling. I cant stop the thoughts and calming down or feeling normal feels impossible. I just broke up with my partner and he keeps trying to contact me when i dont want that. I feel so awful and crummy in my own body and i hate it with every fiber of my being. I want to be okay again, i dont know what to do. I feel like i have no control of my own body anymore.

...See more lately, stress and anxiety have been getting to me. I cant sleep properly, i can hardly eat. I cry and have to beg my mother over the phone for help. Its exhausting. One of the main causes being my own partner, in a relationship where im supposed to feel loved and supported. Its caused more tears and anxiety than anything else in my life. I feel so weighed down and horrible for even wanting to end the relationship but, i feel like i might have to for my sake. i am so tired of feeling like everything is just wrong and will never go back to normal. I know part of what made me feel worse was my dad’s death and my grief but ive been working so hard on that. Lately i feel like im taking steps backwards though.
