...See more hello all, im a 21 year old female from the uk and i havent spoke to anyone in real life outside of family/doctors/therapy in any capacity for 5 years now. does anyone know how to make friends or even just talk to people. im no longer in contact with anyone from school and im not sure really how else to make friends. any tips would be helpful and appreciated! also open to online friends but 18+ ofc :p
