...See more Hello there, So, basically I feel like I have some mental health issue and something is not right with me bc I am okay through out the day but all of a sudden my mood change completely, I get annoyed very easily with things and with people. Even knowing that I don't know why I am in a mood, I feel like I cannot control my emotions. Then I feel guilty for being moody and ruining my day and other people's day. When I am going through "an episode" I feel like I need to be alone, somewhere quiet, in order to put myself together and cry to "relief the pressure". I do take people's comments very personally and I get upset. If someone says something to me, specially about the way I look or comments about what I eat, I get extremely upset, I can have major meltdowns and I think about it for several days, letting it ruin my week completely. I went through a eating disorder and depression when I was younger but I recovered and put some weight on. I feel like I am getting in to it again. I wish I could be less of a pain in the arse for being moody all the time and annoyed but I can't control it. I never went through therapy or had a diagnosis, so I don't know what's my problem and how to help myself. Thank y'all
