I'm a trained active listener, and I help people who are struggling with or want to talk about their anxiety, depression, eating disorders, self-harming, as well as give advice or just be there to talk to those who are part of the LGBTQ+ (Or SAGA; Sexuality and Gender Acceptance) community.
