I am fascinated by the mind/body connection and investigating the roots of human suffering. Peer to peer connections and small acts of kindness such as compassionate listening and caring for one another DO change the world! 

Some of my protective factors are: 
Spending time with animals in nature
Yoga, qigong, & other exercise
Cooking nourishing food

Besides one other listener who is wonderful in their own unique way, Olive is by far the best listener I have ever had on 7 cups of tea! He/She takes the time to not only listen to you, but to also ask questions and to dig for the understanding of your problems and fears, in only the gentle loving way Olive can. Olive will take your issues and help you make sense out of them and find strength in yourself you didn't realize you had. Highly suggest, if you really need to be heard.

He/she was really nice and made me feel really welcome. He/she also reassured me, told me it was ok multiple times, even though I kept being a nuisance by repeating the same thing (I noticed this when I was rereading the chat). Im glad for his/her patience and I hope helps other people like me.
