...See more i have been compulsively picking my skin since i was a child and i am just getting to the point where im realizing this is a compulsive and dangerous behavior. it started when i was a kid by picking scabs off of my scalp, but now im at my face with tweezers popping any pore i see. im started to leave scaring and i pick so much. i cant seem to stop it and i was just wondering if anybody else has experienced this because i feel very alone right now.
