...See more Hi to all, I am a newbie here and I am in a very tough place. My wife is BPD and is unaware. How do I know this? Walking on egg shells was the awakening, brought to the forefront with a pre Christmas family crisis which is still goin on. My youngest daughter ( a nurse and my son-in-law a surgeon) brought this book to my attention. My wife and I are both seeing the same phsychologist who is aware of the situation and she is very good. However my wife blames me for everything that goes wrong. I have 2 daughters from my first wife who passed away 20 years ago and a beautiful 16 year old son to my wife. I promised my wife before she died I would look after and protect my girls. Both now married, my wife says that I still put them before her. She said she needs be put first. She is right in some sense, buy she doesn't trust that I can do it. But she is incapable of reason, and anything I say is twisted to reflect my inability to change my ways. So how does one go from here. Does some tell my wife about the true situation in the hope she accepts it and seeks help, also there is the possibilty that she rejects this idead and says I am the one with the problem? I don't know where to go. I am exhausted. I need to talk to those of you who are in this mire...
