...See more the other day i went through a break up with someone iv known for a while and every time i think back about it, it makes me sad like no one will ever love or understand me anymore. and i don't have anyone to talk to anymore its like im overthinking to much. i don't like to share things but lately life has been hard.

...See more hi im alex an i get very anxious to the point sometimes i shake an i cant really control it, dose anyone know something to help them calm down or help in some way! iv tried to draw an keep myself active but sometimes i feel overwhelmed an i cant do anything for a couple days dose anyone know any ideas? (pls be kind this is my first time talkin abt this)
