I'm glad you've found me on 7 Cups of Tea. I am a trained active listener and I strive to support individuals struggling with anxiety, bi-polar disorder, depression, and eating disorders. In my meantime I enjoy a good book, a sugary starbucks drink, and sleeping until noon. I've overcome many obsticles in my life and would like to help and lend an ear to listen.
