I have a range of mental health issues so I would say I have failrly good understanding of the troubles that people can struggle with. I would hope that I can assist you in whatever distress you are currently facing. I'm an easy-going, open minded and friendly person, so you don't need to feel hesitant or ashamed to let me know what's going on and I'll do my best to assist you in any way I can.
I have more familiarity with services based in the UK but I can provide emotional support wherever you may be.
My personal experience is with:
depression,
anxiety,
autism,
ADHD,
self harm,
substance misuse
LGBTQ+ issues are of particular interest since I am non binary and queer myself.
