...See more hi, everyone. you all can call me Oz. i'm 19 years old, in my second year of college. i've been having a lot of issues mentally. some of the research i've done on my own time, it seems to be some sort of personality disorder, most likely in cluster B, but i'm still not sure exactly what it is. it's alongside all the usual stressors of being a college student, of course, and some other problems along the way. i have a weird and not very good relationship with food. i gained nearly 1.5x my weight going from end of high school to now in college (i was underweight in high school, and i'm overweight now), and it's been difficult. i plan to write here as often as i can, in the hopes that maybe i'll be able to put a better name to what's going on with my mind, and try to help with some of my other problems along the way. ~~ today i did 25 sit-ups and 25 wall push-ups. i want to try and exercise more but it's always intimidating, since i tend to feel very low energy. i started working on a watercolor painting today and i'm frustrated with the sketch but it's going well. i think my daily goals to get better so far are: a little exercise, create something, watch a new TV show/movie, and, obviously, write a diary entry. ~~ if you want to ask questions about me, go ahead. i don't mind answering. -Oz ~~
