...See more i think i have ocd (undiagnosed) and trichotillomania (undiagnosed) and i think its stopping me from recovery and i dont know what to do anymore. i feel like restricting my intake is the only way i have control over something in my life. if i do have ocd i feel like it takes control of my thoughts and my trich also makes me feel out of control. i want to go back to eating normally (right now i restrict to like 900cals a day) and enjoying my life. i want to recover but its the only way i feel control right now and ik i should reach out to a therapist but im a minor with no money/insurance and i tried to somewhat open up to my parents but they don’t understand. im scared bc i can tell im getting worse but i dont know what else to do
