Hi, it's great to meet you. I have always found it easiest to share my feelings and anxieties online; and that's why I decided to become a listener with 7CupsOfTea - I wish I had discovered this service at times when I needed it. I'm trained to offer you support and advice (or just to help make you smile when you need a pick me up!).

I myself have been through treatment for an eating disorder, depression and panic attacks - I know how hard it is. I've also picked myself out of a slippery slope into heavy drinking. It doesn't matter what your issues or experiences are, if you think I can help; then I'm here.I will look forward to speaking with you soon.

As part of a commitment to my personal mental heath, I'm going to set myself a goal a day for 30 days - to increase my sense of acheivement and wellbeing.
