My chats with long term listeners disappear

...See more The anxiety is sometimes yes and sometimes not with me. I had a long term listener called [name removed] but after 2 days the chat with her, disappeared. The same with [name removed] , which chat lasted 5 days. I don't know why that's happening, and [name removed] promised me not to click the End Live Chat Button. So... :/ What's the solution? With whom I should talk to solve that issue? I want to chat with [name removed] again.
