Hey! I'm glad you are on 7 cups! I'm a trained listener. I've personally dealt with depression and anxiety. I'm here to listen. I enjoy many different kinds of hobbies that include; photography, hiking, writing, and laughing. I know, I know how can laughing be a hobby? Well, when you go through stages of not being able to even crack a smile, it's nice to know that laughing can do your heart, body, mind, and soul some good.
