...See more Hi everyone. I’ve had a lot trauma and abuse from growing up that I recently learned was affecting my live negatively. I joined 7 Cups to find a path to heal and grow from the past. To also repair the damages it has had on my life and in my marriage.

Need help in adulthood recovering from childhood abuse

...See more I was mentally and emotionally abused as a child and I’ve noticed it affecting my adult life. I find myself subconsciously causing fights and arguments with my wife and she’s shown me a lot of it was how I was raised. I can’t keep promises and can’t stand up for myself. I don’t know how to work past this. I’m not in crisis but just looking for guidance
