She was so incredibly helpful. She was also very real and genuine; it felt like I was talking to a close friend. She helped me with my issue and chatted with me until I felt better. I will definitely keep in touch with her!
While our connection was limited because patientRiver75 had a hard time with English, there's no doubt in my mind that they're a helpful listener. They were willing to acknowledge their limits and keep a cordial yet professional dialogue going. Amazing listener. She was there when I needed someone to talk to, and she just listened to me, it was perfect. Very much down to earth, so sweet and empathetic. Not so professional when it came to language, but I just see that as a plus side as it felt more like I was talking to a friend and not a therapist.
