Hello! I'm Nene, and my pronouns are shy/hyr. In the 7 Cups of Tea community, my role is to create a safe, non-judgemental environment for others to feel supported, heard, and cared for in.

My goals as a Listener in the 7 Cups of Tea community is to create a connection with you, build trust as we talk through your emotions, and help you take a small step further toward healing by the end of our chat.

Our conversation can be anything you believe will benefit you in that moment! Anything from occupying you with casual conversation if you would like distraction from your struggles, to an in-depth series of coping exercises. 🐣

While I typically prefer to assist with overcoming mental health challenges that we have in common such as traumatic experiences or neurodivergence, you may speak to me about anything you would like unless stated otherwise.
