Bio

I have worked as a supervised visitation worker, assistant to a child psychologist, working in a state prison system and have invested over 30 years of my life into taking care of children and supporting parents in their quest to become self-supporting loving parents who are able to raise children who are productive members of society. I have volunteered over ten years at various food pantries, domestic violence shelters and at my children's schools throughout the years as a PTA member, classroom assistant, etc.

Did an excellent job of balancing just letting me talk and vent, and guiding me to viewing things much more positively. Made a huge difference in how I was feeling at the beginning of the chat versus the end.

Response time was quick, and this listener got the connection about physical health issues and mood right away. Often, I find when I bring up my physical problems listeners just state they can't help with that. It was a relief to find someone who understood my need to talk this over lik
