hi my names Lisa and as a previous anxiety and ocd sufferer I know how difficult it is to deal with. I'm also a mum of a baby and also understand post natal health issues. it is very helpful to speak to someone about anything little or big, just some support when you need it. Sometimes just talking to someone can make a huge difference so I look forward to meeting some new people and giving them that little interactive hug they need :)
