...See more I just would like to share with you guys, I have started praying or letting go of past men who have hurt me or bad things that have happened to me. Whether its praying or giving it to the universe, whatever your belief system is, use it to help you heal. I even wrote a letter to said person and burnt it. Infact write letters to all the people who have hurt you and burn them. Sometimes you have to give yourself the love you need that you will never get from the other person. Another thing is putting the said person in an invisiable chair and speaking to them and how they affected you, get your partner, best friend or family for support when doing this. LET IT ALL OUT.

Not only that this member shared some of my suggestions with this person on the bus. !! If you think you as a listener on 7 cups are not making a difference believe me you are. This is proof:)

They were very, very helpful in helping me deal with not only the immediate problem I was focusing on, but also the lasting repercussions of childhood emotional abuse. They sent me some links to look through that talked about my remaining issues being a result of abuse and not my fault, which I really appreciated. We had a long discussion that felt very much like talking to a friend; they were able to empathize with me and my situation and share some things they learned as well, which made it feel more like a conversation than a confessional. It was an excellent experience all around.

Very helpful
While not always great with response time(though probably not her fault) I found that peacefulSoul8 provided me with the genuine feeling of someone who cared and wasn't afraid to share in return. She was patient, understanding and never once did I fear that she would judge me. All in all while chatting with her I was able to hold back the feeling of depression, for a while any way. Sometimes that makes all the difference. And for that I am eternally grateful. She puts the listen in listener.
