Anxiety need help

...See more Hello! I am new here and just have had so much anxiety. I had ptsd as a child from a car accident and I really learned to maintain it but lately I have just had so much anxiety over my kids, myself and my husband and I’m constantly praying to keep us happy, healthy, strong. It’s something that calms me. We have had health scares and I just worry a lot. I also got news my drunk stepdad has to move back in after my mom kicked him out over 3 years ago. He is a problem and has fought with my husband in the past. All this has caused so much stress that my health is being bothered by it. what do I do how do I cope?
