...See more Some days I feel like I can go without them. I keep thinking things like “I just need to eat more protein for dopamine production and go to the gym, I don’t need meds, I’m just being lazy.” And I keep trying to prove to myself that I can be functional without need an assist from a stimulant. But then I end up just having a dysfunction and unproductive day. And sometimes I just hate that I have to take this pill everyday just to be able to feel and be normal
