...See more I have a daily issue where I constantly have to have my thoughts racing so that I dont get to feel stagnant or slow or isolated. But now its gotten to the point that I've lost track of my time, my tasks & projects, my goals, my daily and weekly planning and I've simple been anxious every day all day long the more my thoughts tend to race Do yall possibly any recommendations to just pause and slow down? Atp even when im outside and talking to people my mind is always running and it seems like im always stuck in my head regardless of what I do
