...See more Hii I'm new here. I just wanted to talk about myself and my journey throughout this self harming addiction. I've been self harming since I was eight years old and for some reason i can't stop. I think the thing that's most effective is the point that my mother doesn't care and that she thinks I'm doing it for attention, but the real reason why I do it is because since I've been self harming for so long it came to the point where I normalized it and I feel the need to do it at least everyday. does any people who have similar experience that are recovered or recovered people in general have any tips? ❤️ BTW you are not alone and please don't be scared to ask for help❤️
