...See more Hello everyone, I have been battling anxiety. Just when I think I'm fine, out of nowhere I get one of those hundred symptoms caused by anxiety (breathing problem, tachycardia, unreality, light-headedness, sleep disorders etc.. ) As soon as I am highly distracted and engage in something, it all disappears. My unconscious is at war with some inner thoughts I need to let out to feel and see that it's just all in my head. But it's easier said than done. I need a friend, I have been living alone for a long time, I'm in a long distance relationship, and I have no friends. I hate my job, it's what I went to university for, but I don't like it. So I keep procrastinating, and hating every Sunday night when I have to sleep to go to work next day. I need just a friend. Help, please.
