...See more Noni The Bot has been pestering me about writing in the 'welcome chats', and my thoroughly ingrained need to be 'polite' (re: the belief that mildly inconveniencing others is a mortal sin) is holding me back. My need to please others is a real pain when it comes to my recovery, but generally, baby steps tend to work for most of us. So, my suggestion is that everyone who feels the same as I do write down at least one truth about their problems without ever hitting backspace. Then, without hesitating, sending the reply. "A small step is better than no step", is probably what a therapist would say. Anyway, here's my attempt: I am scared that my depression will only get worse and that I will Nevermind, scratch that. I hope my mental healthn doesn't get worse before next school year.
