Hello! Nice to meet you. I'm here to support you through any worries, big or small. I have experience discussing issues regarding to anxiety and depression, as well as university and work stress and can empathise due to personal experience.
If you want to know a bit more about me: I live with health anxiety and depression which I work hard to manage every day! What helps me with this is having lots of hobbies and interests, including: D&D, bouldering, reading, and musical theatre - let me know if you enjoy any of these and we can chat about them too! :)
