...See more I have been in out-patient for a while now, maybe three weeks. I am headed to school tomorrow and I am not ready. Rumors have been spread about me. Things like she went to a mental institution and such. My thing is to say I had mono, but last time I tried that I spent the majority of the day in the bathroom, crying. The out patient program I am in is an anxiety program. I know all of the coping mechanisms they teach as Ive been there three weeks. When I do have a panic attack, I do not feel as if I am worthy enough to do them. I am worthless, therefor should stew in my anxiety and worries. How do I get through the day tomorrow?
