...See more Hi! I am a survivor of complex traumas. The thing is I am starting to do things I don't remember doing, like posting a song or talking down to ppl at work. I'm sober. I guess these lapses are happening now I am older with more stability. I think this is more of a dissociative issue. I have done the DES 2 assessment. What other resources can I use? Thx
