...See more Hi! I’m leaving to travel for 2 weeks tomorrow and I don’t know why, but I feel so anxious and not excited one bit. Usually I’m excited to travel, but ever since I had one bad experience traveling that’s all that I can think of. Last time I had extreme anxiety half way through my trip and just wanted to sit in my hotel room. I just keep thinking about what if the same thing happens this time. If anyone has any advice it would be greatly appreciated!
