Burnt Out from Work and School

...See more I seriously do not have the motivation to work or go to school anymore.  I used to be so active, I'd talk to people all the time, but I feel like something happened overnight one day and somehow I just don't feel like doing anything.  I'm tired, I have no days off, my school is so stressful, and I don't know how to get out of this funk.  I literally go to work and stare at my screen, close the office door, and not do anything.  What's wrong with me.  My friend thinks it's depression.  It makes me feel bad at the end of the day that I didn't accomplish anything or have the drive to accomplish things.  I wake up sad and go to bed sad.  Anybody know what is causing this? Is this normal?
