...See more I know what i want and i dont. I want to make a list, but i have lists. I feel like winging it isnt enough but my mind goes blank when i try to be productive. I can do the bare minimum which an improvement from before, but thats all. Winging it yields nothing. How do i sit with my feelings without wallowing? How do i accept without staying this way forever if i am just supposed to wait it out? How long do i wait? I struggle to move and make progress. Its like my brain doesnt want me to act, and even though i know the steps and have planned for making them easier, i freeze and never do it.
