...See more Recently I’ve been having severe panic attacks randomly that leave me recovering for a couple days. I’ll suddenly feel extremely hot and sweaty, I begin Shaking, my heart starts beating super fast, and worst of all I become extremely nauseous, and most times throw up. When these attacks hit I often don’t know why, and become more anxious of the fear of the symptoms such as vomiting. Does anyone else struggle with these symptoms? And how do you manage/ control them?
