Hey there!
My name is Amanda and I would be glad to talk to you about whatever is on your mind, if there is a perspective I can give or just a listening ear. I have myself struggled with a lot of anxiety and depression as a result of pretty severe ADD, for a lot of it I am still trying to figure out and make sense of how to cope with the ups and downs of having ADD. But what I do know is that talking helps, it helps you understand yourself and makes you look and reflect at the struggles you are facing in another setting than in your own head.
