...See more I'm an engineer by trade. I need my brain to work on complex details. When I put my brain to task on engineering details I shake. I shake so bad I can't type right or even use the mouse on my computer. My brain tells me I am no good that I suck. What's odd is I k ow how to do this work. It my brain is scared to do it. I don't understand where this is coming g from or why. Even if I stop and try to calm my self I end up gettingad at myself because my body/brain is acting this way. It's frustrating beyond belief. My boss has even noticed a performance decline in my work which has me scared of being fired and in this current job market would be very difficult for me to find a job.
