Rock Climbing disaster

...See more I'm a 15 year old girl. A little over a year I fell off a rock climbing wall. I was being held up by a rope (and someone holding the rope) but, they weren't paying attention, so they dropped me about 7 feet. It caused really bad dizziness for several months and trust issues for me ever since. :( now,  get triggered whenever I go into the rock climbing place. Any tips for dealing with triggers and trust issues?
