...See more me and my girlfriend of 8 months broke up. i broke up with her without any reason, and it was honestly very dumb. i don’t know why i did that when i still love her. i get upset a lot, and whenever i’m upset, i don’t talk about it. my avoidance turns to an argument, which leads to our breakup. we have already broken up a lot of times, but we still end up going back to each other. and honestly? i know that this time, we will still go back together. i want to get rid of my avoidance, and i want to start communicating better. i want to learn how to control my emotions. once i get better, i will go back to her. i’m fixing myself now so that when we go back to each other again, we will make it right. my ego and pride gets in the way a lot. and i want to learn how to stop it.
