...See more Hi everyone who is reading this post. I have been suffering from anxiety,panic attacks, depression, hallucinations and ocd for a long time. I wasn't aware about mental health and my mental health became worse day by day. I took a treatment after I started having auditory hallucinations. It feels like ***. I am much better now. This app helped me too much to recover. I found many people like me here. They always supported me and listened to my issues. I was too lonely. I made some new friends here. My life was stuck. I had forgotten to live. I started living again because of them. I just want to wish all of you Happy Mental Health Day! May we all recover soon! Thank you so much.
