...See more Hii guys! I jst wanted to share n want an insight about how not to get bore of doing things. As an overthinker, continuously thoughts goes on... For tht from my experience I need to sit still n observe n sort them out is important. But for following these process Im not able to sit steady n observe. Whatever I do...if I start reading it bores me ... After Getting into some hobby , it again bores me ...idk if I can call it exactly boring or not... Bt I don't feel like to continue..while studying same is the case...is it happens with you too or happened before.. ? What can I do for these? Cause I'm losing interest in doing anything... Thoughts r racing fast only... Thts making me feel dumb n empty. Cause it's not adding value to self . Thank u.

...See more I just wanted to share.. I hv been talking from many months here with someone.. It was good conversation. N all of sudden he went off without conveying.. I knw he might have facing things emotionally .. Bt I am still stucked over there.. It's been month.. Am not able to delete chat.. Still there waiting.. (: . I think am strong to let go bt stucked still there.. !! Unless n until it doesn't hit hard we don't allow someone to go right?.... Hopefully will do that soon... Have u experienced the same with someone here? If yes would love to listen from ur side... (:
