I am a lifelong poet, mother, and wife who strives for balance. Diagnosed with Bipolar 1 Mixed for over five years, I have diligently acquired methods and strategies to manage my symptoms such as anxiety, depression, mania, and suicidal ideations, and use them as tools for self awareness. My goals are to empower those who are ready to address and heal from their struggles be it with mental health, toxic relationships, or difficult circumstances in general. I have my degree in elementary education, volunteered as a mentor for the Mental Health Association of Orange County, and am continuously developing my skill as a listener because as a writer, it is my job to honor the stories of others.
