...See more Have been doing pretty good last few weeks, but have some days where I am just so wound and uptight and anxious. I thought I was over that. Though had better control and acceptance over my emotions. I hate this feeling of restlessness. I hate this keyed up feeling. Considering new routines. Cardio exercise in morning then journaling my thoughts and meditation and yoga at night. Maybe that will help. I dont know. Just remembered a form my coach said to write when anxious too.

...See more Though I would start this. I get so freaking stressed out over everything and yet thats normal for me. Just like having others to talk to who get the craziness of anxiety. And even guilt and shame and even sometimes self loathing that comes with. Yup it can even damage my self-esteem. Well there you go. No filter Anybody else have anything they wanna get off their chest? Or feel in a similar way?
