I am a woman in my 30's. I have faced many many stuggles in my life ranging from completely terrifying to just plain sad. I am naturally empathetic so I do more than just sympathize with other's pain. I often feel it which sometimes can be hard but ultimately makes me an effective listener. I enjoy helping others because it makes me happy. I have a deep love for people, especially those who are lost and hurting. Nobody is ever alone and something I repeat to myself during my hardest times is "In this exact moment, I am okay" basically just reminding myself that my heart is beating and my brain is functioning, all the rest is just details.
