...See more Hello, My name is Ronne. I am 190 Pounds. I really want to lose some weight little faster. People calling me stout, stout .. I am depressed!!! I tried Keto, Paleo diets. But, they didnt worked for me. I would be very happy if someone suggests proper diet so that i can lose some weight faster. I really dont want to try any Supplements. So, please dont refer any supplements for my weight loss. Thank you.
