...See more I am trying to feel my around this app/site. I am 60 year old guy long happily married. I went through a bad window of depression a few years back. I had a great therapist and wife and I am thankfully not in that place. I struggle with I am really introverted prefer, being alone, or maybe one or two beyond that my stress level or anxiety builds to the point I can have panic/anxiety attack and really have to leave. My issue is I constantly wrestle with I should grow into being able to handle those group settings through, spiritual faith, anxiety coping techniques etc. I wrestle I should be able to do that, verses I am who I am, and I should accept myself and just be me and let everyone think whatever they need to think and move on.

...See more Sixty year old long married introvert here. I went to therapy for years working through depression now through that but really prefer being alone, maybe one or two people, but more and more people make me tense to the point I can have anxiety attacks. I constantly wrestle with I am who I am except me as me, and I "should" be able to grow or change to handle group settings. It gets old the wrestling and self judgement.
