...See more I just feel week to thinking forward and I feel that why should I be positive? Why should I think this way or not that way, I feel unloved maybe. Due to this, I have also been thinking a lot lately, things that doesn't matter also come to my mind. My mind is always sort of restless 😬 I tried spirituality, and it works for me but I still find it difficult to take rest and stop mind.

...See more I am one of them, will think about a certain things from different perspectives and different beliefs and it makes me accept how these things are okay for some but different for others. I can talk deeply about things and can think about a very small things for a long time until I get the answer maybe. Have any one of you faced the similar situation?
