...See more I know I have emotions but I never feel them or know which one I have at certain moments I’m so depressed but I can’t cry I just feel dead or empty inside. I so confused about mental health I don’t know much about the subject. But I know there’s something wrong with me because my thoughts are always telling me to starve myself and never smile. I don’t know what to do right now. My mom is already struggling with depression and suicidal thoughts so how can I even begin to tell her about my issues? And my dad just complains about me? I try my best to suppress my emotions to make everyone feel better but I don’t think I can do this for much longer.

...See more I have had depression for a couple years now it wasn’t as bad as it is now. I am currently 17 and struggle with it I know I have it because I starve myself and lie to my parents telling them I ate. I cry sometimes at night. I don’t like sleeping and my thoughts are always racing. I tried getting apps for some help when I was 15 because I didn’t want anyone knowing that I had depression. But the all cost money and 7 cups Is free so imma try this app.
