...See more Hello ppl , hope everyone is doing good today. I need some coping skills. The thing is that i kind of have social anxiety but it gets worse when i meet someone who like has a higher status and my anxiety doesn't let me speak which kills me 💔 , i need some tips to overcome this situation and talk freely even with anxiety. Your help would be valuable and I'd appreciate it.
