...See more Hi. I'm a medical doctor, so I probably don't belong here. I have serious burnout. I think I give more of myself than is healthy. I am really good at helping others in my work, but nobody cares. My patients care some, I guess, but I have to have professional boundaries with them, of course. Sometimes I think being dead would be much easier. Sure, I could move on, but I'm kind of trapped because a lot of people rely on me personally and professionally. I'm also burdened with student loans, but I'm making progress on that slowly. My dream is to go part time some day. I wish I weren't so weak. I wish I was an iron man. I kind of am, but it's not enough. It's never enough.
